What we collect, and what we do with it

What this site collects

When you fill in the estate planning questionnaire or the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, your contact details, and the answers you give. The forms do not ask for account numbers or Social Security numbers, and we ask you not to include them.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which it uses to serve the site securely. We do not run advertising trackers.

How it is used

Form answers are emailed to Reuben H. Cawley and kept so he can prepare for your consultation and, if you become a client, for your file. They are not sold or shared with anyone else. Working drafts of the questionnaire are stored so you can resume them; they are deleted automatically after ninety days.

Email sent to any address at cawleylegal.com is delivered to Reuben H. Cawley. Email is not a secure channel for confidential information; please keep confidential details for the consultation.

You may ask us to correct or delete information you sent through this site by calling 702-882-3363 or writing to [email protected]. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship; see the terms and disclaimer.
